Proses produksi jalur produksi pipa HDPE yang diproduksi oleh BEISU Machinery:
(1) Bahan baku HDPE dan masterbatch pellet dikeringkan dan dicampur ke dalam mesin pencampur kering.Bahan baku HDPE dicampur secara seragam ke dalam hopper melalui mesin penghisap vakum.Mesin penghisap vakum produksi Benecke mengalami pengeringan dan pengeringan pada waktu yang bersamaan.Fungsinya.
(2) Bahan baku diplastisisasi dengan ekstruder sekrup tunggal dan diekstrusi, dan ekstruder sekrup tunggal SJ30 mengekstrusi garis berkode warna.
(3) Pipa HDPE diekstrusi dari cetakan dan kemudian memasuki kotak ukuran vakum untuk ukuran dan pendinginan pipa.
(4) Setelah pipa HDPE keluar dari kotak ukuran vakum, ia memasuki tangki air pendingin atau mendinginkan tangki air semprotan sesuai dengan diameter pipa.
(5) Setelah pipa terbentuk, proses pencetakan masuk ke printer.
(6) Traksi ke dalam mesin pemotong planet oleh traktor perayap
