PVC transparent material granulator uses screws of different designs and can be used for granulation of hard PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC recycled materials. The PVC granulation production line consists of a PVC mixer, a forced feeder, an extruder, a drawing die, a cooling motor, a dryer, and a storage hopper. It adopts pneumatic conversion and strong wind blowing. At the same time, the stainless steel storage container can be adjusted, which can run at high speed for a long time and extrude stably at the same time. The output ranges from 100kg/h to 800kg/h.
Structure and characteristics of PVC transparent material granulator:
A1. Weighing: The raw materials are weighed according to the process, and the higher the accuracy, the better.
A2. Mixing: According to the formula of plastic products, the raw materials are mixed evenly.
A3. The raw materials are fed into the extruder barrel through the hopper.
A4. The screw rotates continuously, and the plasticized material is extruded from the twin-screw extruder and cut into pellets by the hot cutter.
A5. After air cooling and molding, the plastic product is completed.
A6. The pellets are sent to the storage bin.
