A new generation of UPVC/CPVC/OPVC conical twin-screw extruders, the SJSZ-65/132 model, has been launched to meet the growing demand for high-efficiency plastic pipe production. Engineered with advanced technology and precision control, this machine is designed for producing PVC electrical casing (16–40 mm), PVC water supply pipes (50–110 mm), and PVC drainage pipes (50–110 mm).

At the heart of the SJSZ-65/132 extruder is a conical twin-screw structure that ensures superior plasticizing and mixing of PVC materials. The main drive motor, a 37 kW Xi’an Sima AC or DC motor, ensures smooth performance, while speed is regulated through a thyristor DC speed regulator or a Danish Hailip inverter for precision control.

Electrical components are sourced from top international brands such as SIEMENS, Schneider, Omron, RKC, and Delixi, ensuring high reliability and easy maintenance. The system includes an overload protection alarm, guaranteeing operational safety and reducing downtime. The gearbox adopts a hard-tooth surface design from Jiangyin Gearbox Factory, known for its high transmission efficiency and long service life.

The SJSZ series offers multiple models, from SJSZ51 to SJSZ105, covering a wide range of outputs from 135 kg/h to 1,400 kg/h, with total power ranging from 38 kW to 255 kW. All models use screw dosing feeders with variable frequency speed control, ensuring consistent material feeding.
