The new MF series PE pulverizers belong to the family of disc pulverizers with disc diameters from 350 mm to 800 mm. The pulverizers are high-speed, precision grinders for processing medium-hard, impact-resistant and brittle materials such as PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PA, EVA, PET, PS, PPS, EPS, PC, foam, cowhide, etc.
MF series plastic grinding mill is mainly used for high quality powder (free-flowing powder with high bulk density) for roto-molding applications. Relative to output and energy consumption, MF series is the most economical air-cooled grinding mill. Small footprint (compact size) makes it an ideal choice for producers or processors.
One of the main areas of use of MF series plastic grinding mill is PE pulverization for roto-molding applications. In this process, a screening machine is needed to ensure the correct output size.
