The main application fields of plastic mixers are as follows:
BEISU Plastic resin mixers is one of the mixing equipment mainly used for fast blending of plastic and polymer mixture composites: PVC dry blend, powder coatings, color masterbatch, pigments, thermoplastic rubbers, wood plastic composites(WPC), stone plastic composites(SPC) etc. The mixer widely used in mixing,drying,coloring for all kinds of resin such as PVC,PP,PE,CaCO3 with chemical additives.This unit is composed of one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot,the material from hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically,so it and eliminate humidity,and protect from agglomeration.
Features for plastic mixer:
A1. The inner cylinder of the heating and cooling mixer is made of stainless steel, and the outer cylinder of the heating mixer is also made of stainless steel, which is resistant to DOP corrosion. There is a 550mm stainless steel feeding bucket above the pot cover.
A2. The heating mixer has 3-piece stirring blades, and the cooling mixer has a cantilever stirring blade.
A3. Electric stirring device: equipped with temperature measuring device and temperature control meter.
A4. The main roller adopts 88888 seal
A5. Digital display (made in Changzhou)
A6. Internationally renowned brand contactor
A7. Hydraulic control system is used for opening the cover and unloading.
A8. Decompression starting device: automatic pressure relief when starting to protect the power grid.
