The high-speed and efficient mixers and automatic weighing and oil-adjusting systems produced by Beisu Machinery are particularly suitable for efficient and uniform mixing of solid-liquid, solid-powder, powder-powder, and powder-liquid. The products are widely used in the mixing of fine chemicals, feed, electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, biology, medicine, non-metallic minerals, building materials, coatings, dyes, fertilizers, metal powders and other industries to achieve better mixing of shear-sensitive crystalline powders and batch products, and to mix liquids into solids.

SHR series plastic high speed powder mixer has advanced design, easy operation, stable operation, high efficiency, low energy consumption and low noise.
-High-speed mixing motor frequency conversion start-up
-Three heating methods for high-speed components: material self-friction/electric heating/thermal oil heating
-Two discharging methods: automatic discharging by thermostat/mixing time control
-All parts in contact with raw materials are made of 304 stainless steel and mirror polished
-The barrel cover and tee are made of cast aluminum
-The bearing chamber is specially designed for easy oil filling
-Drive motor overcurrent protection design
-PLC touch screen control system can be selected for high automatic control requirements
-Specially designed mixing shaft design can prevent raw materials from leaking from the barrel
-The mixing paddle has undergone rigorous balance test
