Application:
SHR series plastic rubber mixer is mainly used for mixing PVC PP PE PC EVA ABS and various plastic materials, and can be used in plastic, rubber, food, daily chemical industry and other industries.

-High-speed stirring motor frequency conversion start-up
-Three heating methods for high-speed components: material self-friction/electric heating/thermal oil heating
-Two discharging methods: automatic discharging by thermostat/mixing time control
-Parts in contact with raw materials are made of 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing
-Barrel cover and three straight-through pieces are made of cast aluminum
-Bearing chamber is specially designed for lubricating oil injection
-Drive motor overcurrent protection design
-PLC touch screen control system can be selected for high automatic control requirements
-Specially designed stirring shaft design can prevent raw materials from leaking from the barrel

1. How many electric, water, air need for the machines?
BEISU: technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.
2. Can I operate machine if don't have experienced engineers?
BEISU: (1) short-time engineers to customer company (5-15 days)
(2) Year-time working as requirements
3. Any quality checking before shipment?
BEISU: 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate.
4. How long is the guarantee?
BEISU: 12 months since the first day customer operates (except wear parts)
5. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
BEISU: 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks.
6. Where can we get spare part?
BEISU: we choose International Brand that customer can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens,Omron, Delixi etc, or send parts by DHL, Fedex, TNT and other express.
