The BS series shredders offer a high degree of automation and high production efficiency, enabling users to cost-effectively recycle large-diameter plastic waste, pipes, and die-cut materials. The single-shaft shredder consists of a motor, hardened gear reducer, rotating blade shaft, imported movable blade, fixed blade, frame, base, housing, hydraulic cylinder, and oil pump.

The fixed blade is mounted on the frame, and the rotating blade shaft is equipped with a removable, embedded movable blade. The movable blade has a four-cornered surface and can be removed and adjusted after wear. Heat-treated to a hardness of HRC609 or higher, it offers a long service life, strong cutting performance, and high production capacity, effectively reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.

Pusher: Driven by a hydraulic cylinder, the pusher box pushes the material toward the blade shaft.

Crushing: The material is crushed by the shearing interaction between the movable and fixed blades.

Screen discharge: The crushed material is discharged through a screen, with the discharge size determined by the screen aperture.
