  2. Variable adjustable screens to determine the size of the chips
  3. Hydraulic feed to ensure constant material flow to the rotor
  4. V-belt drive gear reduction through spur gearing
  5. Hydraulic unit and hydraulic cylinder suspended by cardanic joints
  6. in small or medium-sized companies which attach great importance to an optimum cost -benefit ratio.

 

Applications of Single Shaft Shredder:

To process plastic material: thick wall diameter plastic pipes, plastic film, waste injection products,

  1. plastic bottles, bags, and so on.
  2. strong crushing shredders
  3. contrarotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in double direction.

 

Features of Single Shaft Shredder:

1.The shredder rotation of low speed 60~100rpm which could working steady and gentle even when process really rough pieces.
2.High quality gearbox used on driving system.
3.High thickness steel used on sturcture and frame for enhancing the stability of equipment.
4.Long life knives used. The unique designed square knives are bolted on the strong rotor and the jagged teeth knife installed in
front side of the cut chamber stationary knife which are the key parts for cut off all the feeded materials.Square knives has four edges could be change before replacement.
5.The PLC controlled hydraulic pusher forces material to the rotor automatically.
6.Low Power consumption
7.The screen filter sizes ranges for varies material particle size control.
