A small-scale dual-shaft shredder (also known as a twin-shaft crusher) is a compact, high-torque industrial machine designed to cut, shear, and tear materials into smaller, more manageable sizes. It is widely used in small-scale manufacturing, laboratory testing, in-plant recycling, and commercial waste volume reduction.

It is ideal for the coarse shredding of tough, elastic, or bulky materials and is resistant to clogging. Single-shaft granulator: Operates at high speeds (100+ RPM) and is equipped with an internal screen, capable of producing fine, uniform plastic granules (e.g., 6–12 mm).
How does the automatic reverse system work?
When the machine encounters hard, unshreddable material or experiences a motor current spike due to severe overload, the PLC controller automatically stops the drive, reverses the cutter shafts for a few seconds to clear the blockage, and then resumes forward shredding.
